Overview:
Ceska Sporitelna is the largest bank with the longest tradition (over 190 years) in the Czech Republic. It is focused on retail clients, small- and medium-sized enterprises, municipalities with almost 5 million clients.
The Landing Page which is going to be launched in April 2017 is the main source of information about new the Internet Banking called George with the functionality of login.

The Goal:
To make the journey from the landing page to log in to internet banking as easy and fun as possible and to offer all important information about new the Internet Banking in one place. The page should curate current, credible, trustworthy, reliable content, provide resources for users and allow them to log in.

What I did:
»  Completed user experience lifecycle of responsive web design
»  Prepared Requirement and Competitive analyses and presenting design work.
»  Designed information/content architectures and site flow
»  Designed interactive prototypes
»  Prepared and conducted usability testing
»  Documented user research findings and presented concepts to stakeholders

The Road Taken:
My first step was to gather information about business goal by requirement analysis and discussions with the
business owner and all involved.
» The goal was to create a page with relevant content and with the possibility to log in.

Due to log tradition of this bank and already conducted usability tests I was able to identify users as well as their needs:
» Easy access to information about new internet banking and its features due to security reasons
» Possibility to log in on all devices
» Discover new features & insights of the Internet Banking
» Guided tour for new users

Competitive analysis of similar products was the next step. Via brainstorming with a team and card sorting technique I was able to prepare easy navigation of the page. It was done in several variations. I consulted all versions with stakeholders and 3 users. To be noted: In comparing with all ideas expressed during the card sorting, navigation had to be simplified due to technical limits of content management system used by bank. This limitation was identified during interviews with stakeholders.
Based on results of card sorting sitemap was prepared. Sketches which were done as a part of brainstorming were followed up by wireframes in several versions. I presented and validated them with stakeholders before the prototype was prepared.
Based on usability testing made on a laptop with 5 users the prototype was refined 3 times. All versions were prepared with Axure. The final layout was delivered to the developer. It was necessary to work with elements from existing library of the content management system. Only images were created by the graphic designer.
The page will be published in April 2017.

The End Result
Main findings after the prototype was tested:
» According to users, the navigation is simple, easy to use.
» Option to log in is straightforward.
» Users validate the content quality and trust.
» Users appreciate zero advertisements.
» According to users the blog will be read in case new functionality is introduced.
